Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegan (dairy-free) butter, softened

  • ½ cup powdered sugar (plus extra for rolling)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans


Instructions
