Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Scrub sweet potatoes and slice into 1/2-inch rounds.
  2. Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
