Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes

- 3/4 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Scrub sweet potatoes and slice into 1/2-inch rounds.
- Toss slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.
