Ingredients

  • 1ยฝ pounds flank steak
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 3โ€“4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4โ€“5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3ยฝ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler on high. Toss potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, pepper, and salt. Spread on a sheet pan and broil 6โ€“8 minutes until lightly golden.
