Ingredients

- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground turkey for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir the teriyaki mixture and pour it over the turkey. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thickened and glossy.
