Ingredients

  • ยฝ cup raspberry jam or preserves
  • ยผ cup granulated sugar for rolling (optional)


Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.

  3. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
