Ingredients
Scale
- 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double-stuffed)
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz (340g) semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
- Optional: Sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or drizzle for decoration
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies (with filling) in a food processor and blend until finely crushed.
- Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Form the Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill: Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Dip in Chocolate: Melt the chocolate according to package instructions. Using a fork, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Decorate: Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles, crushed Oreos, or a chocolate drizzle if desired.
- Set: Refrigerate the Oreo Balls for another 30 minutes, or until the chocolate shell is firm.
- Serve & Enjoy: Serve chilled and enjoy these delicious, bite-sized treats!
Notes
- Use different types of chocolate (milk, dark, or white) for variety.
