Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook chicken breasts until golden and cooked through.
  4. Transfer chicken to a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Mix ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and provolone cheese.

  7. Combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter.
