Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian-blend cheese
  • 68 slices deli-style turkey or chicken
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, or both), finely chopped


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Italian seasoning until smooth and evenly mixed.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Arrange the turkey or chicken slices evenly over the tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle chopped vegetables evenly on top.
  6. Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a log.
  7. Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the refrigerator, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
  9. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled.

Notes

Do not overfill the tortillas to keep the pinwheels tight. Chilling before slicing is essential for clean cuts and best presentation.
