Ingredients
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 cups marshmallows, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or lightly butter it.
- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add 8 cups of marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in salt and vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the Rice Krispies cereal.
- Fold in the remaining marshmallows for extra gooey texture.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.
- Gently press into an even layer without packing it down.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Slice into squares and serve.
