Description

Ingredients

  • pounds ground turkey
  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
  4. Add ground turkey, breaking it apart, and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in diced zucchini, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook uncovered for 5–7 minutes until zucchini is tender.
