Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour or bread flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup warm water (105 to 110°F)
- 1 1/8 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil (topping)
- 2/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Flaked sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- Stir together flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast and let sit until slightly foamy.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to flour and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer dough to an oiled bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Let dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Oil a 9×13 inch pan and gently stretch dough to fit.
- Cover and let rise for about 2 hours until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Dimple dough with fingertips and drizzle with garlic olive oil.
- Top with Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and flaked sea salt.
- Bake for 22 to 24 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
