Description
These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs with Golden Crust are the ultimate comfort snack—soft, buttery biscuit dough filled with savory ground beef, melty cheddar, and creamy cream cheese, then brushed with a fragrant garlic Parmesan topping. Perfect for parties, game days, or cozy family meals.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess grease. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and mix in cheddar and cream cheese until melted. Let cool slightly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Add a spoonful of beef mixture to each biscuit. Fold and pinch edges to seal completely, forming a ball.
- Mix melted butter with Parmesan and brush over each bomb.
- Place seam-side down and bake 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 2–3 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Seal edges tightly to prevent leaks. Let filling cool slightly so it doesn’t weaken the dough. Add jalapeños, mushrooms, or bacon for flavor variations.
