Ingredients

  • Les Petits multicolor carrots
  • Purple, orange, and white cauliflower florets (blanched)
  • Watermelon radish, sliced
  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Mini bell peppers, halved
  • Mini heirloom tomatoes
  • Sweety drop peppers
  • Broccolini
  • Celery sticks
  • Pita chips
  • Roasted chickpeas
  • Castelvetrano olives
  • Pistachios
  • Hummus
  • Ranch
  • Dill dip
  • Dill

Instructions

  1. Arrange hummus, ranch, dill dip, olives, and sweety drop peppers in small bowls and place them at the center of your board.
  2. Build a ring around the bowls using cucumber slices and watermelon radish.
  3. Add clusters of red and yellow mini heirloom tomatoes near the center ring.
  4. Place cauliflower, broccolini, carrots, celery, and mini bell peppers around the outer section of the board.
  5. Garnish dips with herbs and add pita chips, roasted chickpeas, pistachios, and olives.
  6. Fill empty spaces with small ingredients and add fresh herbs for a vibrant finish.
