Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini, sliced into half moons
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter or olive oil.
- Add the zucchini, mushrooms, and onions in an even layer.
- Cook undisturbed for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned.
- Stir and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes until tender.
- Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 30 to 60 seconds until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and adjust seasoning if needed.
