Description

These easy no bake Oreo truffle balls are rich, chocolatey, and festive, making them the perfect Valentine’s Day treat with minimal effort and no oven time required.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies (classic, filling included)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)
  • Valentine’s sprinkles, candy melts, or white chocolate for decorating

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a sealed bag and rolling pin.
  2. Transfer crumbs to a bowl and mix with softened cream cheese until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Scoop and roll the mixture into evenly sized balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle ball into melted chocolate, coating completely.
  7. Place back on parchment paper and immediately add Valentine’s decorations.
  8. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm before serving.

Notes

Keep truffle balls well chilled before dipping to maintain shape. Decorate immediately after dipping so toppings stick properly.
