Description

This easy Easter fudge is quick, colorful, and wonderfully creamy. Made with just four simple ingredients and no baking required, it sets into sweet, festive squares that are perfect for Easter baskets, parties, and spring celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Easter candies, pastel candies, or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir constantly until melted, smooth, and glossy.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold half of the Easter candies into the fudge mixture.
  6. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle remaining candies on top and gently press them in.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  9. Lift fudge out using parchment and cut into small squares.

Notes

Melt white chocolate gently over low heat to prevent burning. Chill completely before slicing for clean edges. Store refrigerated until ready to serve.
