Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ยฐF.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
- Add cauliflower florets to a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the baking sheet with space between pieces.
- Roast for 25โ30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven when edges are golden and crisp and centers are tender.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure crisp edges. Roasted cauliflower is best served hot straight from the oven for maximum crunch.
