Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 package (18 to 20 ounces) refrigerated three-cheese tortellini
- 3 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and Italian seasoning and cook until fragrant.
