Ingredients
- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy and remove to a plate, leaving about 1 tablespoon drippings.
- Add garlic to the skillet and sautรฉ for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Lower heat and whisk in cream cheese, chicken broth, and heavy cream until smooth.
