Description

A festive, tree-shaped Christmas charcuterie board filled with cheeses, fruits, nuts, meats, and colorful holiday touches—easy, impressive, and perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • lbs green grapes
  • 8 oz red grapes
  • ½ cup candied or plain pecans
  • 5 blocks mild white cheese (havarti, manchego, fontina, white cheddar, or brie)
  • 14 oz salami nuggets or meat alternative
  • 5 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 6 oz raspberries or 9 oz cherry-infused Craisins
  • 5 oz pistachios or pumpkin seeds
  • 1 jar (10 oz) Castelvetrano olives
  • 6 oz water crackers
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep cheeses by cubing, slicing into wedges, and cutting one block into a star shape. Keep chilled.
  2. Arrange green grapes in a large triangular tree shape on your serving surface. Add rosemary and red grapes.
  3. Place pecans at the bottom center to form the tree trunk.
  4. Add half the cheese cubes and wedges, then scatter half the salami nuggets.
  5. Add kiwi slices in a neat row, followed by raspberries or dried cranberries.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with pistachios or pumpkin seeds.
  7. Place olives at the top and press the cheese star into the center.
  8. Add water crackers beneath the trunk and garnish with extra rosemary. Serve immediately.

Notes

Assemble the board 30–60 minutes before serving. Keep components chilled until ready. Swap fruits, cheeses, or meats to suit dietary needs.
