Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in egg yolk and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then add to wet mixture just until combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheets.
