Ingredients
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1โ2 teaspoons mild hot sauce
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar or cheddar blend
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Olive oil spray or small amount of cooking oil
Instructions
- Mix chicken, garlic, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and salt in a bowl until creamy.
- Lay tortillas flat and add cheese down the center. Add chicken mixture, more cheese, and green onion.
- Fold in sides and roll tightly from the bottom to form wraps.
- Heat skillet with light oil. Cook wraps seam-side down 3โ4 minutes per side until golden and melted.
- Let cool briefly, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent cracking. Press wraps gently while cooking for even crisping. Use a lid briefly to melt cheese faster.
