Description
Candy Cane Christmas Punch is a festive, fruity, and minty holiday drink made with cranberry, pineapple, orange, and lime juices blended with peppermint syrup and sparkling ginger ale. Refreshing, colorful, and perfect for Christmas parties or cozy nights by the tree.
Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- ½ cup peppermint syrup
- 2 cups ginger ale (or lemon-lime soda)
- 6–8 small candy canes (for garnish)
- Crushed ice (for serving)
- Fresh cranberries, orange slices, and mint leaves (optional garnish)
- 1 cup vodka or white rum (optional adult version)
Instructions
- In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine cranberry, pineapple, orange, and lime juices. Stir to blend.
- Add peppermint syrup and stir until mixed. Adjust to taste if needed.
- Just before serving, pour in ginger ale or lemon-lime soda and stir gently to preserve fizz.
- Add crushed ice and garnish with cranberries, orange slices, and mint leaves for a festive look.
- For candy cane rims, dip glass rims in juice, then press into crushed candy canes.
- Pour punch into glasses, hang small candy canes from rims, and serve immediately.
Notes
Chill juices and soda before mixing to avoid dilution. Add soda right before serving for maximum sparkle. For an alcohol-free version, skip vodka or rum. Double the batch for parties!
