Ingredients
- Onion rolls or soft sandwich buns
- Thinly sliced deli roast beef
- Butter for toasting the rolls

Instructions
- Slice the onion rolls in half, butter the cut sides, and toast until lightly golden.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk in the flour until smooth.
- Slowly add the milk while whisking and cook until thickened.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season the cheese sauce with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and keep warm.
- Gently warm the sliced roast beef in a skillet over low heat.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Spread the savory sauce on the bottom half of each roll.
- Layer warm roast beef over the sauce.

- Top with the remaining roll half and serve immediately.
